Happily Ever After Wedding Nannies was founded by sisters Hannah and Tracy. Both are fully qualified, experienced primary school teachers and have 5 children between them, toddlers to teenagers. You’re in good hands.

Originally from Castlederg in Co. Tyrone Hannah and Tracy now live in Dromore County Down. Over the years having each other to rely upon for trustworthy and reliable childcare has been such a blessing, especially living a little too far from their own parents.

As a client you, your wedding party and children will receive the same love, care and attention as if you were part of their own family. All wedding nannys are are personally vetted by Tracy or Hannah. Everyone is access NI cleared, first aid trained and each team is led by a primary school trained teacher.

Happily Ever After Wedding Nannies are fully insured to provide transport and childcare either at home or at your venue.

You can rest assured that all your little ones can have fun and be part of your special day, while we take care of them in every way.

We’d love to get to know you and your family really well so that you’re happy allow us the privilage of looking after your children or your guests’ children on your big day. We’d meet and get to know your children, their needs and what makes them smile. Then talk to you about all the lovingly planned details you have for your big day.


Once we have the big picture, we’ll tailor a childcare plan for your wedding and together agree all the finer details with ou to ensure your little wedding VIPs are perfectly cared for.

Our aim is that children, family, guests and you have a fantastic day while we take care of all the parenting for the day. It’s your big day and we’d be only too happy to help so that you can relax and enjoy all the special moments as they unfold.

What do we offer?

No two weddings are the same and we pride ourselves on tailoring a bespoke service exactly to your needs. After discussing your wedding plans we’ll suggest one of our packages.

To help us work out what you might need we’ll need to know where the service and venue are, how many children you need us too look after and when you need us. We’re super flexible and can travel, stay over, take care of transport, naps, help photographers, bring changes of clothes and sort mealtimes. We also will bring some activities, games or crafts for quieter times during the day and we’ll find out what the children like to do. Depending on the venue we have a small indoor teepee playtent and a larger outdoor one so that kids have a fun hideaway to go to.

We’ve thought of nearly everything and if you’ve any ideas don’t be shy about asking us we want you and your loved ones to have the best day ever!

All packages will be tailored for you and usually include:

  • Pre Wedding Planning Meeting to get to know you

  • Up to an hour of optional pre wedding child care to get to know your kids. Why not let us help before the wedding too!

  • A Wedding Day Childcare Plan. We’ll agree where, when, who and what’s needed so that you’ve complete peace of mind.

  • Mealtimes: whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks we’ll sort it. You provide your childs prefered food, or let us know and we can organise this.

  • Transport: Either helping with car seats in your car or we can take care of transportation.

  • Clothing changes and getting ready. Help with getting ready or changes of clothes throughout the day. We’ll plan and bring a packed bag for each childs’ needs.

  • Play and Chill time: We’ll organise fun activities and bring crafts or games.

  • Supervised naptimes and rests

  • Complete peace of mind that we have all your childcare needs in hand.

All day from what ever time you need us until the evening.(Up to 12 Hours)

Half Day Packages

Any time throughout the day when you need us. Either a morning or afternoon or evening slot for up to 6 Hours
